Operational Director

Qualifications

. Masters Degree in Business Administration/ Public Administration.
. Knowledge on modern educational infrastructures
. Bilingual – Equally fluent in both English and Nepali
. Competence in computer programmes such as Word, Excel and Power Point

Key duties:
1. Personnel Management (Non Teaching Staff): Compliance with the personnel administration policy, operational manual and other policies and procedures adopted by the School

2. Facility and Asset Management: Coordinate with all general support divisions/departments for up-to-date upkeep of school - ALL physical facilities and assets

3. Financial Management: Ensure effective internal controls and systems exist, and are enforced within the school

Skills & Experience

Personnel & Administrative Management
• Ability to manage a large group of staff
• Strong ability to use one’s own initiative and to make decisions at his/her level.
• Proven time management skills with an ability to prioritise and complete work
• Ability to compile and develop different types of reports as and when required.
• Excellent communication & negotiating skills
• Strong experience of working with people at different levels

Financial Management
• Ability to implement and supervise appropriate financial systems, policies and control procedures of the School

Facility and Asset Management
• Strong experience and ability to manage the day-to-day operations of facilities management
• Strong experience in implementing Inventory Management Systems & Fixed Assets Management Systems to safe guard the resources and fixed assets of the school
