We are looking for a full time expert web programmer/application developers and creative designers to work with us.
We produce award winning websites, in terms of design, usability and functionality. We focus on producing real results for our customers.
You should be extremely passionate about creating progressive web applications using modern technologies that make sense for the project goal.
You should be motivated and driven toward creating the best web applications possible.
Good communication and presentation skills are necessary, with a friendly but positive and focused attitude. We're all on the same team.
Key competencies Programmers:
-PHP-5
-MySql-5
-AJAX / JavaScript
Key competencies Creative Designers:
* Should have at least 1 Years experience in web designing and related graphic design work.
*Knowledge of web 2.0 standards.
* Should have designed and developed minimum 5 websites independently at least 2 sites be validates by w3c css standards.
* Should be proficient in Dream weaver, Adobe Photo shop and Flash.
* Must have good knowledge of HTML, XHTML , CSS.
* Should have knowledge and experience in Search Engine Optimization
* Good Communication skills.
* Must be independent and Creative.
* Compatible with w3c standards

- Linux server administration / configuration
- Being familiar with any other programming language and actually being able to use it

1. Using coded out XHTML / CSS screens, spec documents and flowhcarts, create back-end functionality for web projects
2. Provide suggestions and discuss back-end related issues with team
3. Take website from demo to production
