DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

General Responsibilities:
The primary focus of this position is to Research and Develop applications in core platforms adopted by Elvsys with special focus on ECM. This involves business logic, research, analytical, operational and developer support of the product solution. The Team Leader is expected to have strong analytical and problem solving skills accompanied with good solution architect capability.

Specific Duties:
Architect integration solutions on SharePoint. Conceptualize the integration roadmap for prospects using .Net technology. You will be responsible for the logical design of the solution, managing the functional specification, guarding the architectural integrity and managing critical trade-offs. You should be able to operate across multiple projects simultaneously and assume responsibility for the appropriate architecture and technical implementation of projects. You need to have expertise in Object Oriented Technology and design patterns. Hands on experience in development, process excellence methodologies, change control management, consolidation and integration.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 5 yrs of experience in related field with at least 2 years in C# as Team Leader/Project Manager.
• Create conducive environment among the team members for better work culture.
• Demonstrated research technical aptitude.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
• Good Solution Architect
• .NET Framework with strong C#, C++
