Job Description:
• Has the ability to work with QA team in functional / regression testing of the Enterprise Application
• Define review test methodology, test plans and test cases. Log, review, follow up issues in the bug tracking system.
Requirements / Qualifications:
• Around 2 – 3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance having a thorough understanding of QA methodologies
• Thorough understanding of bug life cycle, having experience reporting, regressing, and reproducing application issues with one or more bug tracking tools.
• Experience with Automation script development, metrics gathering and reporting - Mercury Quick Test Professional is a plus
• Knowledge of J2EE architecture and experience testing in a clustered multi-tiered environment with regular customer releases.
• Experience in startup environment, ability to test without complete documentation and with short release cycles.
• Experience with rapid development methodology involving agile / scrum process
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Degree in computer / technology related curriculum or equivalent
