Administration and Procurement Officer

An established International NGO invites applications from competent Nepalese citizens for the following Kathmandu based positions with frequent travel to areas outside Kathmandu. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experiences with US AID projects.

Salary and benefits package will be commensurate with the skills and experiences of the candidates.

QUALIFICATION: A minimum of Bachelor's degree in a related subject matter area.

WORK EXPERIENCE: At least 3 years of progressively more responsible work experience.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Serve as an office manager and carry out activities such as: local procurement, assessing administrative needs; data collection and management; basic accounting, support for training and workshop development and implementation, and duties as assigned by the COP.
