We require a CEO for one of a reputed non profit organization. This organization is committed towards promoting youth development by developing their ideas into viable enterprises. Duties ------- The CEO will oversee the organization’s operations ensuring that its mission (developing the youth) and values are reflected in the programs and the systems operating within the organization. Develop and implement a range of service programs/projects to meet our organization’s mission Review and develop existing systems and processes in line with best practice within the sector Ensure that effective decision-making is achieved throughout the organization.
Prepare and submit budgets/plans to the Board for approval.
Take personal responsibility for the overall delivery of results by the organization. Represent organization and coordinate effectively with Government, Donor, UN Agencies, I/NGOs, embassies, corporate houses and other institutes (public bodies, key stakeholders, the wider public and the media). Monitor and evaluate programs/projects being undertaken and conduct research on various development areas. Facilitate in developing action plan and annual work plans, including joint programs. Take charge in organizing events and trainings/workshop throughout Nepal.
Requirements ------------
Education: MBS/MBA Experience: At least 5 years of experience in managerial positions. You should have high level of confidence and must have excellent communication and correspondence skills both in English and Nepali. You must be efficient in working on computers and operate on various programs such as Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook express and access internet, email effectively. You must have excellent presentation skills. You should possess strong interpersonal skills and ability to generate awareness and interest of people with the motive to achieve organization’s objective. You should be able to manage situations and must have the zeal and attitude for required for coordination.
Pay and benefits ----------------
