We are looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years industry experience
• Good command of web application development with Java-based frameworks
• Familiarity with one or more web MVC framework (JSF, Spring, Struts, Tapestry)
• EJB 3.0 and JEE5 web services a big plus
• User Interface (Ajax using Ajax4jsf/Icefaces/ Prototype/Scriptaculous a big plus, JSF/Facelets a big plus, Flex a big plus)
• Data abstraction (JDBC, JPA using Hibernate/KODO/OpanJPA/TopLink a big plus, POJO)
• Enterprise application concepts (clustering, failover, messaging)
• Familiar with database design and programming
• Familiar with software development methodology
• Good problem solving skill, Design Patterns, UML
• Agile process (Scrum, backlog, iterations)
• Source code version control with CVS and Subversion
• Unit Testing / Integration Testing tools such as JUnit, TestRunner
• Build and continuous integration tools such as Ant, CruiseControl
• Documentation with wiki
• Eclipse IDE
• Familiar with Tomcat and/or JbossAS
• Familiar with Linux OS
