Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Main Responsibilities:

Provide phone and/or field support to customers as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:
At least 10+2 in any discipline with 2 years' relevant experience, OR, Bachelors degree in technical discipline
Fluency in English & Nepali Languages
Excellent communication skills
Polite with pleasing personality
Knowledge of computer hardware and Windows troubleshooting
Experience in Local Area Networking (Ethernet) and TCP/IP networking
Willing to work during odd hours
Own vehicle and driver's license
