We don't outsource business, we design and program for ourselves.
Requirements
A) DESIGNERS
Designers are expected to have the following skills:
>> Apt at designing using Photoshop and/or Fireworks,
>> Perfect at slicing and converting the design into the webpage using efficient CSS,
>> Design with Macromedia Dreamweaver Application or other tools,
>> Tabular design,
>> Tableless designing, and flash would be a plus.
B) PROGRAMMERS
Programmers are expected to have the following skills:
>> Object Oriented Programming using PHP(Programmers should have knowledge of software development life cycle and each phases of the cycle, programming principles, and database management fundamentals. They are expected to know data flow concepts such that they can independently handle small web sites, and work in a team for large web applications.),
>> Database manipulations using PHP and MySQL Server,
>> Javascript/AJAX would be a plus,
>> Java Applet Programming, Flash ActionScript Programming would be highly appraised.
We require personnels with any level of knowledge and experience. The salary payable to them will be the best amongst the trends of Nepali Outsourcing companies. The salary will be decided according to the skills that the employee possess. Employee position and salary will be decided after interview.
Those who have passed BE(Computer Engineering), B.Sc. (Computer), BCA, BIT can apply for the post. Students studying the last year searching for place of internship may also apply.
