Detailed Job Description / Requirements:
A. Minimum Requirement • The candidate should have Civil Engineering Degree with a minimum of ten years experience in Building construction or handled a minimum of three projects as a Project manager. Preference will be given if the candidate has completed one housing project independently as a Project Manager. • The candidate should possess very effective communication skills. • Computer skills with software knowledge • Driving license B. Key Competencies required: • Visionary with a drive to move ahead the housing industry. • High leadership quality • Team-building ability The Selected candidates meeting both the A and B criteria will be provided with six digits salary.
