Home Dai/Didi

An NGO, working for the welfare of the children is seeking for a motivated, experienced caretaker (Dai/Didi) to take care of the children in homes under supervision of the respective Home Parent. This is a live-in position; the person has to stay with children in the home 24 hours and will be entitled to a day off once a week. The Salary is NRS 4200.00 Per Month. Other benefits for this post will be provided after successful completion of probationary period.

This person should have eagerness to work for children, care for them and bring about a change in their lives.

Selection criteria:

Be a Nepali Citizen.

Education:
Class 10

Experience and skills required:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Child friendly
Ability to entertain the kids.
Good communication skills.
Who can play with kids and interested in Sports and Games
Cooking skills and who do not hesitate to do the household chores
Flexible in working hours.
Able to ride Bicycle.
Should be able to work with a team.

Duty Hours:
Residential duty- six days a week (24 hours)
