Country Sales Manager

Job Purpose:
To secure dynamic sales activity focusing on target-oriented daily assignments in order to implement sales and financial plans.

Job description:

- Take part in the formulation of sales strategy
- Manage and operate sales activity
- Prepare, implement and develop the sales standards
- Build high standard customer relations and communicate with key clients
- Prepare yearly sales contracts and assure that contractual obligations are met
- Work up proposals for the formulation of the trends of price policy
- Organise, execute and direct customers' meetings, shows, and exhibitions
- Follow current market trends and analyse competitors' activity
- Recognise and combine business opportunities in order to increase sales revenues
- Manage and develop sales organisation

Requirements

 Experience of at least eight years in Liquor/beer/ FMCG industry in managerial position.
 Good track record of performance in previous jobs.
 Ready to travel extensively.
 Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, analytical & organizational skills.
 Pleasing personality.
