Position: Senior Business Development and Project Implementation Officer (one position)
Term: Full time

Duties and responsibilities
•Continuous research on development activities of government and donors in various sectors
•Identifying and listing consulting opportunities
•Regularly following up and monitoring potential opportunities
•Establishing professional relationship with donors and government
•Research on national and international expertise and relevant partners for projects
•Coordinating proposal development process with national as well as international partners
•Assisting in project management vis-à-vis administrative as well technical tasks
•Coordinating and monitoring overall project activities liaising with the experts and clients
•Developing and establishing professional cooperation with international firms and consultants
•Managing contracts with client as well as partners
•Coordinating with Government agencies
•Organizing as well as facilitating workshops and meetings and preparing documentation
•Representing TMS in various forums and liaising with donors and client organizations regularly

Qualifications
Masters degree with 2 years of professional experience (preferably in development projects) OR
Bachelors degree with 4 years of professional experience (preferably in development projects)

•Excellent computers skills
•Excellent in written English and verbal communication skills
•Excellent interpersonal skills
•Must be a team player, respecting team values
•Good knowledge of development projects and issues
