WebSearch Professional, the European IT outsourcing company in Kathmandu is looking for skilled and responsible Technical Manager to successfully create and deliver projects by using best suitable technical practices. He/she evaluates and provides top-level technical support for the developers, application engineers, and Quality department.
Job Responsibilities
• To define the technological strategy with the development team of each project
• To make detailed technical specification and risk analysis of the project from the requirement given by the client
• To evaluate development team(s), identifying strengths, problem areas, and developing plans for improving performance.
• To coordinate with the team and management for excellent project deliveries
• To solve the technical issues of the project and find the best solution of developing applications/software
• To identify weak software systems that need code improvement and schedules corrective action, when possible.
Required Experience
• 5+ years management of software development teams in the following environment's is required: .Net; PHP
• 2+ years management of software development teams in OUTSOURCING companies as a technical manager/ project leader /operation manager in IT.
• .NET: Hands on development/Ability to fix code/perform code review
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage team.
• MCA/ M.E/ or equivalent Degree required
• Good analytical and problem solving ability
• Ability and eagerness to understand current development technologies and implement it in the projects.
• Ability to write clear project specification for developers and prioritize multiple projects.
