Finance Manager

Minimum Requirements
 Must be atleast a bachelor degree with a minimum five to eight years of direct experience in leading accounting and finance department, preferably in the position of manager with Master Degree.
 Must have expert knowledge and practice in accounting and reporting system. Knowledge and practice on Tally will be an added advantage.
 Must have a thorough knowledge and experience of minimum five years on Income Tax, VAT Act, Bonus Act, Labour Act, Companies Act and other relevant regulations of Nepal including foreign currency regulations of Nepal.
 Must have handful of experience in setting, implementing, regulating and ensuring a sound control system within the organization.
 Must be fluent in speaking and writing English and have a pleasant personality.
 Must have expert knowledge and practice on MS Word and Excel.
Job Description
 Manage a team to ensure that the results are achieved and delivered on time.
 Prepare and provide MIS reports and budgetary reports to parent company on time.
 Maintain compliance with Group policies, internal control policies and statutory rules and regulations.
 Coordinate and support group auditors and tax auditors.
Salary will be at par with the industry and will not be a constraint for the deserving candidate.
