He/She must be specialized in Indian Cuisines and basic knowledge of South Indian Cuisnes as well. He/She must be able to read and write in English and Nepali. He/She must have at least 3 years experience in similar position or above from the similar standard hotel or above or equivalent. Salary will be negotiable.
