Job Description
- Promote and manage F & B operations of Moksh including banquet, restaurant & bar
- Enjoy being part of a young dynamic team
- Be a hard a worker, continuous learner, should posses good organizational & communicational qualities.
- Manage entire F & B department efficiently & profitably, ensuring high quality service
- Handle menu development & quality and cost control
- Focus on sales building service & production.
- Hiring and training of team members
- Controlling cost and inventory
- Guest service interaction
Requirements
- Degree in Hotel Management
- 3 years of relevant work experience with pub/restaurant/bar operation
- Must posses bar knowledge
- Good marketing, PR and guest interaction skills
- Strong in systems and training
- Team player with leadership skills
- Preferably male candidates
Marketing Manager – 1
Job Description
- Formulation and implementation of overall marketing activities
- Collaborate with other department to create and implement sales promotion and customer programmes.
- To assist the food and beverage manager in sales activities
- Develop PR strategies and maintain strong relation with media.
- Work with advertising & PR agencies
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing/PR/communication or other relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in related field.
- Must be pleasant, outgoing, creative & possess dynamic personality
- Able to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Must have leadership skills
- Good presentation & have strategic thinking
- Experience with press release in both Nepali & English language
