Accounts & Admin Executive

A. Main responsibilities:

B. Skills:

- Perform preliminary assessment of customer requirements
- Assist the Sales team to prepare technical proposals
- Provide technical support to customers
- Install and maintain network & security device at customer sites
- Submit daily job reports, project reports in due time
- Perform R&D work on any given network & security technology
- Prepare and conduct product trainings to customers and staff
- Maintain good working knowledge about network & security applications
- Perform all other technical duties as assigned

B. Technical skills:

- TCP/IP protocol suite
- Local Area Networking (LAN)
- Wide Area Networking (WAN)
- IP routing concepts and protocols
- Internet services and protocols
- Windows, Linux, Router, Firewalls, Switch
