An International NGO involved in a market-driven agricultural development program is recruiting a Human Resource and Grants Manager for its Kathmandu office.
Preferred qualifications include:
* Dynamic individual capable of strong team work to strengthen HR and admin
* Capable to implement a detailed human resource information system (HRIS)
* Well-versed on national labor law and development organization provisions and able to liaise with legal representation
* Ensure that national and international staff have required permissions / documents
* Responsible for project approvals from the Social Welfare Council / GoN agencies
* Capable to manage subgrants and contracts with partner organizations in compliance with donor and national provisions
* Excellent writing skills in Nepali and English and strong computer skills
* Women and disadvantaged group candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
Minimum qualification: Bachelors in a relevant field and five years experience in different I/NGOs (Masters Degree is preferred).
