-Windows Server -2003 (Configuration and Installation)
-Client Configuration - Domain based
-Software Installation and Upgradation
-Trouble Shooting- Basic Hardware and Network
-Printer Set Ups
-Basic knowledge on Web Designing Tools(Free Hand/Photoshops, Html,Dhtml etc)
-Proper and Scheduled back up System
