Monitoring and Evaluation Leader

An International NGO involved in a market-driven agricultural development program is recruiting a Monitoring and Evaluation Leader for its Kathmandu office.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:


 Strong project Monitoring and Evaluation experience including developing log frames, project indicators and M&E reports.

 Familiarity with agricultural development and the value-chain approach preferred.

 Dynamic individual capable of working with diverse stakeholders including government, the private sector and project partner staff to develop and maintain sustainable monitoring and evaluation systems.

 Excellent analytical and writing skills in Nepali and English.

 Strong computer skills required.

 Women candidates and candidates from disadvantaged groups strongly encouraged to apply.

 Minimum qualification: Masters in a relevant field and five years experience.
